BBQ Crunch Salad
2 Heads Romaine
Shaved Purple Cabbage
6 stems of Kale
1 grated carrot
4 oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese, small cubes
1 bunch green onions
6 slices of cooked bacon
1/4 cup toasted almonds
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup roasted pepitas
Start with romaine, chop and build salad in bowl. Add chopped kale and shaved purple cabbage. Next add grated carrot, green onions, cranberries, toasted almonds, cubed cheddar cheese, pepitas and chopped, cooked bacon. Mix salad. Make dressing and dress salad before serving.

BBQ Ranch Dressing
2 to 1 ratio, no matter how much you make
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 tsp ranch seasoning (from packet)
1/2 cup BBQ Sauce ( I like Sweet Baby Ray's or Rib Rack the best for this)
Mix all together to dress the salad. Also great with French Fries!
