VISHUDDHA or Vishuddhi, or throat chakra is the fifth primary chakra or energy center. Vishuddha is positioned at the throat region, near the spine, with its superficial activation point in the pit of the throat. Due to its position, it is known as the throat Chakra. The Bija Mantra or seed mantra is the syllable हं haṃ

Vishuddha chakra is known as the purification center of our body. In its most abstract form, it is associated with higher discrimination and is associated with creativity and self-expression. It is believed that when Vishuddha is closed, we undergo decay and death. When it is open, negative experiences are transformed into wisdom and learning. The success and failure in one's life depend upon the state of this chakra whether it is balanced and open or unbalanced/closed. The feeling of being guilty is the most prominent reason for this chakra to block the Kundalini energy moving upwards.It is associated with the element Akasha, or Ether, and the sense of hearing, as well as the action of speaking.



✜ HOW TO MEDITATE FOR THROAT CHAKRA HEALING?

➻ Sit comfortably in your normal posture, you can also sit on a chair. Key idea is to keep your back straight and not to slouch.
➻ Close your Eyes and Breathe Slowly but naturally. Take your attention inwards, to do this, concentrate on your breathe, on the air as you breathe in and out. And as you start getting more relaxed. This is a wonderful way to silence the mind, and develop more focus.
➻ Now visualize an Blue sphere, a energy sphere at the pit of your your throat. As you breathe in the sphere becomes larger - full of pure blue fresh air and energy, pure and soothing and as you breathe out, this calm soothing pure blue energy radiates outwards via your spine to entire body. Purifying every cell your body.
Silently in your mind keep these affirmations and as you breathe in,
silently speak to yourself

I speak with purity in my heart and soul
I speak love
I am gentle with my words


➻ As you will become more relaxed and your focus becomes more strong, you will feel the vibrations of the frequency in the music simulating the chakra. It may take 5-15 mins
