The cult manga "Berserk" has been a source of inspiration for Slaughter to Prevent and in particular Sasha Shikolai for several years now. But who would have thought that this long-playing hyperfixation would be a welcome breath of fresh air for the band?

The new single Behelit (named after a supernatural artifact from the manga) departs from the very first notes from the typically meaty sound that the guys have been diligently discarding for the last 2 years.

Perhaps it is inferior in severity to the previous tracks, but the symphonic elements that add epicness and layering to the instrumental, as well as experiments with vocals and the degree of its splitting, allow the single to rise a step (or even several) above its predecessors.

Add to this an amazing video sequence, as well as lyrics inextricably linked to the original source, and get a doubly atmospheric and exciting spectacle that will make fans of the band's work and the manga itself shudder.

The new album Slaughter to Prevent will be called GRIZZLY, and the band promises that with the release of the longplay they will embark on a world tour, during which they will hold concerts in Moscow and (possibly) St. Petersburg.
