Somerset Millennium Makati is an upscale hotel located in central Makati in the San Lorenzo area. The hotel is walking distance from Greenbelt, Ayala Center and Glorietta shopping mall. Makati is the financial hub of the Philippines with lots of high-rises and malls.

Abuela's is one of the restaurants at Somerset. The breakfast buffet is a highlight of staying at the hotel. This video was filmed in 2018.

On the buffet Lugaw Station
Filipino rice porridge similar to Congee.
Lots of condiments, toppings, to add. Patis, Dilis dried fish, egg, green onion, wonton cracker, garlic, calamansi, hot sauce, fermented bean paste.

A la Carte from the kitchen.
Filipino food Silog traditional breakfast, rice, meat or fish, and egg. So good!

PRICE:
$$$ AFFORDABLE.

QUALITY:
GOOD! Nice breakfast buffet, and also a la carte dishes from the kitchen. Very filling meal.

SERVICE:
GOOD! The best service in the Philippines.

VERDICT:
Overall, SATISFIED. Very nice hotel, clean rooms, and good food. Best location near Greenbelt.
