Materials:
9x14” - 100% Cotton Fabric
2x pieces of 3x6” - 100% Cotton Fabric
2x pieces of elastic (8” - adult man, 7” - adult woman)
(If you don’t have elastic you can make ties using fabric or ribbon instead)
