Hey y'all! Jenny here! Thanks for scrolling through my channel. In my membership group, we do live classes every week and themed videos each week - they are designed for active seniors and beginners, so they are safe, fun, and appropriate for all ages, levels, and sizes!
This is WEEK 37 OF "Exercise Every Day in 2025"...these are V-UPS! Do them every day for 25 reps until Sunday and then a new exercise will come next Monday! The purpose of this exercise is to help improve/increase the tone and strength of the overall body, especially the core/back area. This, in turn, can help improve posture and help decrease back pain.
