This is an earlier video of mine. We did this video around 7 yrs ago. We now do Mobile Home Trailers much different now. If you notice we did not add an over hang when we first started. WE now add a 4 to 6 inch over hang using OSB. We then add a 2x4 around the perimeter in order to add Facia metal . Check out my Newest Videos Here in the link Below

16 pieces of Term Bar for Holding Down EPDM at edges
1- 5 gallon bucket of Water base sub straight Glue
1 Gallon of Seam Cleaner
1 roll of 6 inch Seam Tape
