It's nice to hear that you may be interested in training with us at SteeleBoxer Online. Let me first tell you a little about our gym. My husband and I have a very successful one-on-one boxing/kickboxing fitness gym in the Venice/Marina area for over 30 years and offer a progressive learning program in boxing/kickboxing. We offer weight training as well for a well-balanced workout. Our gym is fully equipped with a boxing ring, speed ball, double-end ball, heavy bags, dummies and bags to kick and punch. We train different age groups from 18 years old to 80. All levels of experience are welcome from beginner, intermediate to very advanced pro-boxing/kickboxing and weight training.

We are known for our private training where clients get in shape while really learning how to box/kickbox. There is no standing on the sidelines counting and watching while clients train. We do everything with you and are your training partner which makes it easier to learn the technique correctly. That is also how we have distinguished ourselves from the rest of the boxing gyms as the quality of our training is top notch. For example, we have so many clients come in and after taking one of our lessons will say, “I have been training for many years and I learned more in one lesson here than I have in 5 years at my gym."

There is a lot of diversity in our training whereas most of the other gyms and online programs continue to do a few basic moves again and again. Our training includes an array of boxing moves and combinations. We also have a full gym with workout equipment which we use as a break. Each lesson is different, complex and challenging while being progressive. It is a wonderful program for learning how to box/kickbox while getting into shape.
