What are “nice girl habits”? Is it bad to be a nice girl? How do we achieve the balance between being a good person and having healthy boundaries? Most of us, especially women, were trained to be nice to everyone. How nice we are depends on how good we make others feel.

In this video, I share with you the 4 nice girl habits that do you more harm than good in the long run. These are the beliefs you need to let go of in order to avoid self-sabotaging. While it’s good to be nice or a good person, you also need to be able to have solid healthy boundaries and be willing to back them up with actions. It’s knowing when to say yes and say no to others. It’s knowing how to balance the importance and respect between yourself and others. High value women know this. They value themselves in a healthy way, which makes them more valuable to others as a result. They know how to turn down other people the right way and are not afraid regardless of whether others would feel bad about them or not. High value women understand that they are only able to respect others if they know how to respect themselves. They know how to be nice good people without sabotaging themselves. Having this awareness is very good in improving your relationship with yourself and others, and eventually improving your lovelife.
