MAKE GHANA CABBAGE STEW LIKE THIS!

Описание: Hello everyone and welcome back to Mrsdrewry food Channel today we are making a very tasty but easy cabbage stew with some tasty fried salmon chunks in it! this stew is going to be your favourite because it's amazing, easy and quick to prepare.
Here are the ingredients:

scottish salmon slices seasoned with:
adobo tt
cayenne pepper tt
onion granules tt
garlic granules tt
tikka curry powder tt

blend:
2 med scotch bonnet
1 onion
1 piece of ginger
1 1/5 tbsp minced garlic/ginger

1/2 cup vegetable oil
2onions
1 tuve tomato puree
2-3 plum tomatoes can
1-2 white cabbage
1 can mackrel in tomato sauce
1 crayfish/shrimp seasoning]1 small maggi
smoked paprika tt
tandorry curry tt
salt tt
