A Few Days in Sydney, Australia | Coastal Walks, Ferries & City Views 🇦🇺🌊
Come with me as I spend a few days exploring Sydney, Australia, from iconic landmarks to some of the best coastal walks in the country. This Sydney travel vlog takes you through the city’s stunning harbor, beaches, neighborhoods, and cliffside paths, showing why Sydney is one of the most beautiful cities in the world.
From walking past the Sydney Opera House and exploring the Central Business District (CBD) to swimming at the Bondi Icebergs Pool, hopping on ferries across Sydney Harbour, and hiking coastal trails with unreal ocean views, this video is perfect if you’re planning a trip to Australia or just dreaming of coastal city life.
Whether you’re visiting Sydney for the first time, planning a longer Australia itinerary, or looking for inspiration beyond the usual tourist spots, this vlog highlights the balance between city energy and nature that makes Sydney so special.
WHAT I EXPLORED IN THIS SYDNEY VLOG:
I started my time in Sydney exploring the Central Business District, walking past the iconic Sydney Opera House and along the harbor, taking in views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the surrounding waterfront.
From there, I spent time wandering through Potts Point, one of Sydney’s most charming neighborhoods, known for its leafy streets, cafés, and proximity to some of the best viewpoints in the city.
One of the biggest highlights was heading to Bondi Beach, where I walked along the coastline, swam at the famous Bondi Icebergs Pool, and completed the legendary Bondi to Coogee Coastal Walk, one of the most scenic coastal walks in Australia.
I also explored Manly, using Sydney’s ferry system to cross the harbor, which might be one of the best public transit experiences in the world. The ferry ride itself offers incredible skyline and ocean views, and Manly’s relaxed beach town vibe is a must-visit.
Beyond the popular routes, I spent time discovering quieter coastal paths like the Hermitage Foreshore Walk, walked out to Mrs Macquarie’s Point for classic Sydney views, and caught panoramic city scenes from Observatory Hill.
Another standout walk was the coastal route starting near Sydney Zoo and ending at Kurraba Point Wharf, combining harbor views, cliffside paths, and a ferry ride back—an underrated Sydney experience.

The city is incredibly walkable, well-connected by public transit, and boasts a stunning coastal scenery that feels wild, despite being situated right next to a major global city.
