Key Steps:
Fresh Windows
DDU drivers in Safemode
Download and install Blockchain drivers AUG23
After reboot, right click desktop, click ATI Settings
Click Gaming, Click Global Settings
On each GPU, toggle HBCC on and off, apply (driver tool restarts)
Do this for each GPU (i know, pain)
Then go into the Wattman and use following settings:
-30% GPU Core
950 MEM (Vega56) 1050 (Vega64)
Fan Speed set to 3000min
Power Limit -20%

Performance Stats:
XMR Performance nearly 2000h per card with CAST Miner XMR
