MUSTANG GTD TIME! My New Shmeemobile First Experience

Описание: It's coming soon to the Shmeemobiles, so let's experience the Ford Mustang GTD for the first time! Record holding driver, Dirk Muller is at the wheel so you know it'll be quick at the Goodwood Festival of Speed hillclimb. There's lots to share, and I am beyond excited!

The Mustang GTD is no ordinary Mustang; following on from the Ford GT project with Multimatic, the GTD borrows from those learnings and the experience of the World Endurance Championship to build the most extreme and capable vehicle to wear the Mustang badge. Boasting 826PS (815bhp) from the supercharged 5.2l V8 that now revs to 7,650rpm, it also features plenty of trick aero and some of the most advanced suspension ever seen on a road car.

It was at the Festival of Speed last year that I announced a Mustang GTD was going to be joining my collection, and that is still the case with a lot more information to come in due course about the plans. Today is all about getting a first sense for what it offers and sharing with you some of the experiences from Dirk, and Larry Holt of Multimatic.
