The Kenwood TM-271A is a high powered, 2 meter FM ham radio transceiver. Its high power is 50 watts and low power is 25 watts. Sometimes, this is too much power.
In this brief video I explain how to make a simple adjustment to reduce the output power to 25 watts high power and 10 watts for low power.
