US President Joe Biden has claimed the US economy is the “envy of the world” as he delivered his State of the Union address.
He claimed he inherited an economy “on the brink” with former president Donald Trump.
President Biden said major roads and highways will be built with American products and made by Americans.
“The landing is and will be soft and now instead of importing farm products and exporting American jobs, we are exporting American products and creating American jobs,” President Biden said.
He added that his policies have attracted $650 billion in private-sector investment.
