Hey guys!!
Thanks for watching another vlog! This week is a little different. We did the free trial week at F45 yo find our motivation for exercise again, and boy did we find it!
The F45 studio we went to this week was located at The Gulch in Nashville, TN.
We are still on the fence about joining, but i HIGHLY recommend trying to free trial if you are on the fence like we are. We love it, we just may not have the time to commit to the cost of these classes. We also really love our current gym.
