Hey guys and girls, this is the second video in this video series that is about my gear and how it holds up for wildlife filming.
Today I am talking about possible microphone and audio recorder solutions that I used so far with the Nikon Z6 and the Nikkor 200-500 f/5.6. I will share my experiences with these devices as well as talk about the internal preamps of the Nikon Z6 and what the best settings are for best possible sound quality.
The video includes a sample video towards the end showing the noise performance of my current gear, that is the Tascam DR60D II + Sennheiser MKE 600 connected to the Nikon Z6.
