Optically Clear PET is a face mounting with a 1.5 mil (38μ) optically clear, pressure-sensitive permanent solvent adhesive protected by clear polyester release liner. Two polyester film liners protect both sides of the adhesive and give the product a completely optically clear look. Simply adhere printed images to one of the sides with the permanent acrylic adhesive and apply the other permanent acrylic adhesive side to a clean mounting surface. It offers excellent UV stability to graphic prints.
Double Adhesive Optical facemount or second surface mounting film is highly recommended for face mounting of graphics onto glass, acrylic and other clear substrates. It is particularly good for lenticular imaging applications, backlit display transparencies, touch screen displays, see-through graphics, and high quality photographic and inkjet printed images.
