I often hear this sweet song by Aoi Teshima being played in the background when watching Youtube shorts about Japanese restaurants. The beauty of the waltz like melody caught my attention, and after hearing the song a number of times I decided to arrange it for a MuseScore baroque orchestra.
When researching the story behind the song I found that it is actually of a spiritual nature, and so my hope is that this arrangement is respectful of the Japanese ethos behind the original song. It is certainly a beautiful piece of music.
