With the new Myth Manifest, it was able to boost Argus Ult Dmg.
In this video, both were tested on the current Voyages against the Cube stage.
So note that this stage has 3 enemies, and Marcus being an AOE DPS, has advantage over Argus.

Clear in 8 Rounds
9:00 Marcus
Clear in 6 Rounds
Overall Argus is just 2 rounds more and if factoring AOE Vs ST, if against ST Boss, Argus has potential to be dealing decent dmg to function as a carry, she mainly functions as a sub carry.
