There are a total of 30 Lost Fleas to find in Silksong. The Lost Fleas are hidden throughout Pharloom, and when you rescue them they will head to the Flea Caravan. This guide will show you where to find all 30 of the Lost Fleas. Do note, a lot of them require traversal abilities, so you might not be able to get some the first time you are in an area, so you will need to backtrack.

None of the Lost Fleas are missable, you can collect them at any point. Collecting all 30 of the Lost Fleas will reward you with the "Fleafriend" trophy / achievement, and for collecting 15 of them, the "Flea Finder" trophy / achievement.
