We’re starting our visit at the Berea Tourism Office, located in a beautifully preserved early 1900s train station. This historic building now serves as a hub for all the exciting activities and events offered to both visitors and residents.

Berea is proudly known as the Folk Arts and Craft Capital of Kentucky, and there’s no better place to explore its creativity than in the Artisan Village, right in the heart of downtown.

Our first stop is The Cabin of Old Town, an adorable shop featuring stunning woodworking creations by Mr. and Mrs. Wade. From handmade wind chimes to cutting boards, their pieces are full of character and craftsmanship.

Next, we visit Fire and Fern Glass Studio, owned and operated by talented artists Mr. and Mrs. Moody. Whether you’re looking for a unique glass piece or want to try your hand at making your own, their classes are a must-do in Berea!

We wrap up our day with some well-earned pizza at Apollo Pizza, a local favorite known for serving up the best pizza in Madison County. It’s the perfect spot to relax after a day of shopping and exploring.
