IRENA'S POTATO ROSTI RECIPE
Ingredients
1 potato
2 tbsp melted butter
Method
1- Fit the food processor main and midi bowl with the 4mm grating disc on to the Cook Expert. Grate the potato.
2- Transfer the grated potato into a mixing bowl and pour the melted butter. Mix gently.
3- On a pan on medium heat, add some oil or butter and arrange the grated potato loosely. Fry on both sides until golden brown, about 5 to 10 minutes each side.
