The FTC vs. Microsoft Court Date Set for Activision Merger

Описание: The court date has been set for the Activision Blizzard purchase by Microsoft and the FTC is going to have to put up quite the fight to go toe to toe against them. The decision the FTC made to sue Microsoft to stop The Activision Blizzard acquisition has been met with a lot of confusion from the wider industry as the FTC did not seem to make a very strong case for the deal. It would seem Xbox taking the FTC to court over Call of Duty exclusivity and some other things mentioned about the Activision Blizzard Microsoft deal which do not seem to be looking great for the FTC. Regardless this update could bring to a front the concerns about the Bethesda Softworks comments from the CMA vs FTC with the CMA saying the FTC is mistaken in their take of the situation.
