I took a trip to Upper Michigan in search of a rock shop located in Ishpeming, MI. The Rock Shop is called 'DA YOOPER TOURIST TRAP' on 490 Steel Street about 20 minutes from Marquette Michigan. It is a fun and quite comical place on the outside of the store. There is also a huge gift shop in a separate building than the rock shop. The rock shop is smaller but full of beautiful rocks, rock books Lortone tumblers and more. It was worth the stop.
