Crack Corn Salad

Описание: Crack corn salad is so called because it is addicting! It is an easy to make salad , that doesn’t take much time. It compliments most meats and is good enough to be served for a fancy or simple meal.

Ingredients:
4 cups sweet corn
12 slices cooked bacon, finely chopped
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1 jalapeño,finely diced
1/2 cup ranch dressing, homemade or store bought
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Juice of 1 lime
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Recipe for Homemade Ranch Dressing
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/3 cup whole milk
1/4 cup buttermilk
1/4 tsp onion powder
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tb lemon juice
1 tsp fresh dill
Salt and pepper to taste

In large bowl, combine all ingredients...stir and set aside
