Nishad Pai Vaidya is a sports anchor, writer, media and events professional based in Mumbai. He has worked as Media Manager of the IPL in 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020. At the IPL 2020, held during the Covid-19 pandemic, he was a part of the Match Management and Cricket Operations Team. Previously, he has been Media Manager of the TNPL 2016 and 2017 and the Gujarat Lions in 2016. As a freelance cricket correspondent he has worked with Mid-Day and BCCI.tv. Nishad anchored videos for SportsKeeda's video channel and has been covered cricket for BBC Asian Network. Earlier, he worked with Zee's CricketCountry.com. He has already covered six major ICC tournaments.
