Описание: I've looked for the solutions on what to do about my ps3 not spinning disc and none of them worked. So i decided to take matters into my own hands and see what was up. The ribbon cable wasn't plugged! The ribbon cable isn't hard to see, its a big blue cable thats most likely loose. Just plug it in and its good to go! It can get loose when you move you ps3 alot.
