Before you are asking about why the rest of the champions aren't here, I only added champions who were invited to Pasio Championship and appeared on this event of Pokemon Masters Ex:

Red isn't appeared on this event but idk why because I haven't fully watched or played some past events

Wallace is canonically a remained Gym Leader as Team Break mentioned it on 'The Stronger There Is' event which means he would probably never appeared on any events that are involve champion gatherings unless if we expect the upcoming Champion Wallace event will coming soon or not. It's DeNA's decision.

Alder is also appeared on this event but he wasn't invited so I didn't include him on this video. On 'The Ideal Formula' event, Iris mentioned him that he is canonically a former Unova Champion and N told her 'With you as Champion' which means Alder is no longer a champion. Not 100% sure unless if there are some possible upcoming events that are involve champion gatherings with former ones like Alder

(I think Steven will probably be a former Hoenn champion like Alder if there is an upcoming Champion Wallace event and I don't like it)

Professor Kukui or Selene and Elio, even they are champions but on this game, NOPE
