Описание: Get ready with me while I am all about starting 75 Hard. This is an awesome health and wellness challenge focused on exercise and discipline. Below is a description of the rules made by Grok so I get it all correct. I chose a calorie deficit as my diet option. It’s been going really well so far but I am only on day 3!

Here are the official rules of the 75 Hard program, created by Andy Frisella. It’s a 75-day mental toughness challenge (not just a fitness or diet plan), and the key is zero compromises—if you miss or bend any task on any day, you must restart from Day 1.
The 5 Daily Rules (must be completed every single day for 75 consecutive days):
1. Follow a structured dietChoose any diet that aligns with your goals (e.g., keto, paleo, calorie counting, etc.). No cheat meals or deviations allowed. Absolutely no alcohol.
2. Two 45-minute workoutsComplete two separate workouts per day, each at least 45 minutes long. One must be outdoors (regardless of weather). They can be any type of physical activity (weights, cardio, yoga, walking, etc.), but no combining them into one longer session.
3. Drink one gallon of waterPlain water only—track it and finish a full gallon (about 3.8 liters) daily.
4. Read 10 pages of a non-fiction bookMust be a physical book (not audio). It should be entrepreneurial, business, or self-development focused. No fiction.
5. Take a progress pictureTake one full-body photo every day to track your transformation.
