With more than 2,000 flights cancelled and hundreds delayed daily, the government has warned IndiGo of strict action, even hinting at the possible removal of CEO Pieter Elbers. Nationwide airfare caps have been implemented to protect passengers. While IndiGo claims 95% connectivity is restored, experts say the crisis is far from over.
