This healthy buffalo chicken dip is creamy, flavorful, and high in protein — perfect for game day, parties, or meal prep. It’s made with real ingredients (no processed junk!) and is delicious served warm with fresh veggies or crackers. Bonus: the leftovers taste amazing cold the next day!
Time: 10 min prep + 15–20 min bake • Servings: ~6–8
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked or shredded chicken (leftover or rotisserie)
6 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
½ cup cottage cheese
¼–½ cup buffalo sauce (to taste)
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried parsley
4 green onions, chopped
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined.
3. Transfer to a lightly greased 2–3 qt baking dish.
4. Bake 15–20 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
5. Sprinkle with extra green onions if desired.
To serve:Pair with carrot sticks, cucumber slices, celery, or crackers.
