All of the KH3 part is recorded from the PC version. Using specific mods was the only way to achieve what I've been wanting to do with KH3 for years. Custom musics, custom party members, custom abilities and new battles re-created specifically for the purpose of delivering the definitive KH3 experience. And this could only be achieved thanks to the impressive work made by modders.
As in the usual Timeline format, the gameplay parts will be summed up, and the orchestral versions of the soundtrack will replace the standard ones for most of the time. This is on Proud Mode, as I need Sora's allies to stay alive as much as they can. As always, I aim to showcase entertaining boss battles, as well as letting Sora have his amount of "troubles".
According to schedule, new episodes will be released every 2-3 days.

— Explaining the Kingdom Hearts Timeline project —

As many of you already know, the Kingdom Hearts Timeline project started back in April 2018 as a way to prepare all of us for the release of Kingdom Hearts 3. What is the Timeline project? Basically, you'll see all of the story events as they chronologically happen. Which is seemingly easy to do, but...if you're familiar with Kingdom Hearts, then you know the series is so full of flashbacks, callbacks and retcons, and it's extremely easy to lose track of them.

I always like to think of the Timeline as an experiment. I wasn’t sure if it could be a welcome one but, somehow, it was so well received that it exceeded my expectations.
The original 2018 Timeline was just a way to re-live all of the Kingdom Hearts titles leading to KH3, in a different, yet familiar way. I never had plans to go back to it, as I was fully aware of all the flashbacks and callbacks that could be added in the future titles. I don’t really like the idea of uploading new, fixed episodes every now and then, as it would just confuse all of you (and, more than anyone, myself!).
But I've seen so many requests of seeing this project to be continued that I decided to go on with KH3 in a special way.

I can’t stress enough the purpose of this project—this doesn’t want to be the best or the perfect way of experiencing the Kingdom Hearts saga.
All of the titles should be played following their release dates. The Timeline is simply an alternate way of experiencing the story we already know and only players who already played the games should watch it. New players would be spoiled about some plot points, so be warned.
This project gives you a different perspective on specific events, and the adding of new musics, flashbacks, callbacks and secret reports, makes the whole experience even more unique and immersive.
