SUNY is committed to increasing the number of students who graduate and are better prepared for the 21st century workforce. To address workforce supply and demand gaps across the state, using systems-change theory as its guide, SUNY is addressing these needs system-wide.
SUNY Works--a cooperative education and internship program--forms the core of this work. Working in collaboration with our business/industry partners, we will have a stronger, more successful, and more competitive New York by graduating SUNY students who have the skills necessary to compete and excel in the 21st Century workforce, driving regional and economic growth in the process.
