Any%: Beat the game from start to finish as fast as possible.
CC: Includes the use of crouch clipping
FPS: Includes the use of a tool purely to limit FPS on and off on the fly (Bandicam in this case).
Pretty good, but still can be better. Sub 10:10 is definitely possible but difficult.
