Hi everyone
In this video I will be showing you how to crochet the baby romper dress for babies between 3-6 months. This is the first part of the tutorial where I will be showing you how to make the shorts and ruffle skirts.
You can use the exact same pattern (15 chains) for all sizes but u have to down size or up your hook.
3mm for 0-3 months,
3.5mm for 3-6 months,
4mm for 6-9 months,
4.5mm for 6-12months
OR
You can use 3.5mm hook for all sizes but different starting chains numbers
0-3 months - 13 Chains
3-6 months - 15 Chains
6-9 months - 17 Chains
6-12 months - 19 Chains
This tutorial is intermediate but a beginner can also follow.
Stitches in US terms
Ch= chains
SP= space
ST= stitch
Ss= Slip stitch
HDC = half double crochet
DC= double crochet
Materials needed
DK yarn
3.5 mm hook
2 Buttons (I recommend flat buttons)
Measuring tape
Yarn needles
Stitch markers
