Account Users (team members) can view, filter and work assigned leads, build custom searches, update lead statuses, add notes, and even generate smart outreach messages.

Account Admins – have all user capabilities plus the power to add or remove users, assign leads across the team, monitor list activity/usage and distribute or adjust credits.

Acting as another user – admins can temporarily switch into a team member’s view to see their lists and work as them, ensuring smooth collaboration.

Leads assignment tools – choose how unworked leads are distributed: set unique counts for each user, assign all leads to one user, split leads evenly or use fixed amounts; assignment types such as Custom, Single, Even and Fixed are available.

Assigning leads in practice – from a list (e.g., “Norwich Market”), admins can open the Leads Assignment modal, select assignment type, designate users and then save the assignments. After saving, a banner confirms that leads have been assigned successfully, and each row shows the assignee’s initials.

Manage saved lists – from the saved lists page, admins can group leads, view reports, view or clone list criteria, rename or delete lists via the menu options.

Performance reports – track progress using charts and tables: view work progress (customers, worked leads, unworked leads and unassigned leads), see prospect leads status (hot, warm, cold, dead or no status) and analyze user performance (progress percentages and worked/total leads).
