2 boxes Jiffy Blueberry Muffin Mix
4 oz Cream Cheese
1 Stick (I Can't Believe It's Not Butter)
1/2 cup Light Brown Sugar, firmly packed
2 eggs (I used large eggs)
1 and a half cup of White Chocolate Chip Morsels
Note: If you like your cookies not so sweet cut the Light Brown Sugar to 1/4 cup and the White Chocolate Chip Morsels to 1 cup or 3/4 cup.
