Bamberg’s Old Town Hall (Altes Rathaus) is one of Germany’s most striking landmarks — a half‑timbered building perched on an artificial island in the middle of the Regnitz River, famous for its vivid frescoes and dramatic bridge views.
Bamberg Cathedral is a major Romanesque–Gothic landmark founded in 1002 and consecrated in 1012, famous for its four towers, imperial tombs, and UNESCO World Heritage status
Bamberg is one of Europe’s great beer capitals, best known for its Rauchbier (smoked beer) and its unusually dense concentration of traditional family‑run breweries.
