Storm Tracker 2 Meteorologist Rhonda Shelby has the latest on the incoming atmospheric river that will drench southwest Washington and northwest Oregon over the next 72 hours. Rainfall totals in the Portland area will be between 2-6 inches. Amounts along the coast, coast range, and Cascades will be between 6 and 12 inches.
