Assistant Chief Constable Stephen Martin leads the PSNI's Operational Support Department. With 28 years police service Stephen holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration, is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and was awarded the Queen's Police Medal in the Birthday Honours list 2013.
