Sony, unfortunately, is another company that DESPISES and ABUSES their own consumers. I had my PSN (playstation network) account for literally 20 years with no problems, playing online as well as offline. About six months ago I had a question about my PS5, called 800-345-7669 (sony playstation's customer service number), and was treated very poorly. I called back to report the incident and the very next day my 20-year account with PSN was BANNED - out of spite from sony.

They forced me to change my 20-year gamertag simply because of their vindictive attitude towards their consumers. As a result, I will NEVER purchase another sony television, receiver, etc. again.
