Making of a BULLFISH 6’4 board with our very last R-CARBON construction.
Wrapping aeronautics grade carbon fabrics #upcycled ♾ from Airbus ✈️ is not at all an easy task, as not a single error is allowed.
After 6 months of tries, fails and headaches, we managed to setup an efficient and very precise 🔬process.
Results both a lightweight and very high performance board. Combined with recycled polystyrene and bio based Sicomin epoxy resin this leads to a real #ecofriendly masterpiece: reaching the lowest environmental score of all of our constructions.
Our LCA methodology shows the efficiency of using theses pieces of fabrics, initially being intended to be destroyed because not compliant with aero quality and security standards).
