TILF means Transforminal Lumber interbody fusion, this is an advanced technique of spine operation. Whose vertebrae are slipped forward or vertebrae are mounted over one another or whose vertebrae/disc have sat down or who have severe pain in the legs or the patient is unable to walk. In these cases, we put titanium screws into the vertebrae, remove the disc, and put their jack in order to make the disc height and fill it with a bone. This is done so that vertebrae would be joined with other vertebrae. The movement which is happening here will not occur in the future. So that the patient would not face any problems in the future.
