The best part? You don’t need anything fancy. This is a true pantry meal — use whatever pasta you have on hand, mix and match cheeses, and adjust the add-ins to suit your family. In the video, I used half a bag of fusilli and half a bag of penne because that’s what was in the cupboard, and it worked perfectly.

Ingredients
1 bag pasta
½ cup butter
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 cups old cheddar cheese, shredded
½ cup parmesan cheese, shredded

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
