500 gr gnocchi
500 gr gyros
100 gr Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, grated
chopped parsley
100ml water
salt
pepper
Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the gnocchi until golden brown. Remove the gnocchi and set aside.
In the same pan, fry the gyros, adding garlic, salt, and pepper.
Return the gnocchi to the meat, add the water, and fry briefly.
Now add the parsley and Parmesan cheese, mix well, and serve immediately.
