I'm here to show you how much you can do with that bed! You are not confined, you have options and it should be everyone's goal to help you change positions for comfort, decrease pain, help your baby engage and rotate and speed up your labor! Who doesn't want that?

I'm here to show you how your "transformer" labor bed works, how you or your support team (partner, doula, family) can adjust the settings and really use it to your advantage!! The hospital L&D (labor & delivery) unit doesn't have to be scary or foreign anymore! Know what to expect so you are more confident for your upcoming labor & birth!
