𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗶𝗲 𝗰𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁:
𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗲 𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰 𝗘𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: 𝗨𝗦 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗠𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗘𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour 11.02 oz
4 tablespoons granulated sugar. 4 tablespoons granulated sugar

1 cup unsalted butter 8 oz
4 tablespoons ice water 4 tablespoons ice water
In a food processor, combine flour, sugar, and salt. Whisk together. Grate in chilled butter and drizzle in ice cold water. Roll into a ball. Wrap in plastic and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Brush a pie crust with 1 whole egg and 1 tablespoon of cream.
𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺:
Whisk together the whole eggs and egg yolks in a medium bowl then set aside.
Add sugar, cornstarch, and salt to a medium pot. Whisk to combine then pour in milk and whisk again to distribute all the dry ingredients. We aim for silky texture, no clumps.

1 liter milk (33.8 fluid ounces)

1 tablespoon vanilla extract
4 bananas (slice a banana into small circles)
𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺:
Add heavy cream, sugar and vanilla extract (or vanilla bean) to a stand mixer. Whip on high until you reach soft peaks.

2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 cup sugar
