Описание: WHYY or TV 12 is Philadelphia's primary PBS affiliate (although it's licensed to Wilmington, Delaware). The montage shows both WHYY and PBS idents from 1994 through 2003. I happen to have more stuff from 1994 than the other years, to the point that it takes up almost half of the video, but on the bright side, it includes a strange "globe" ID where "Whyy" is spelled as if it were a word, not a call sign.
