The second round of the 2006 Felda Malaysian Rally Championship located in Felda Chuping, Kangar, Perlis.
After missing out the first round of the championship due to rally calendar clashing with rallying in China, Saladin Mazlan made his return to the championship on the second round with his own team and Arish Qutb as his co-driver. They will battle it out with Rizal Sungkar in their Group N spec Subaru Impreza (GDB) with blue and colorful quadruple cross (X) livery while Karamjit Singh and Jagdev Singh will try their best to keep up with the 4WD rally cars in their 2WD Proton Satria 1.8 (P11).
